Ready-to-Ship / Curated Sets

Our curated, ready-to-ship sets are typically packaged and shipped within 3 business days of your order being placed.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are handmade specifically for you and require additional processing time. Please allow approximately 1 week or longer for your custom order to be completed before it ships.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error with your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking confirms that a package has been delivered, PRESSED by The Southern Hippie Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
