Products & Orders

All press-on nails are handmade and may have slight variations in color, placement, shape, or finish. These small differences are part of the handmade nature of our products.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion. If an order is canceled by us, you will receive a refund for the canceled portion of your order.

Custom Orders

For custom orders, customers are responsible for providing accurate design details, sizing information, and any other requested information. Please review all details carefully before submitting your order.

Once a custom order has entered production, changes may not be possible.

Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size. We provide sizing instructions and resources to help you determine your size, but we cannot guarantee that a customer-selected size will fit correctly.

We are not responsible for nails that do not fit due to incorrect sizing.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time. Prices shown at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.

Payment must be received before an order is processed.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases where an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For issues with an order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Shipping

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damage caused by the carrier once an order has been shipped.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
